She had supposedly been dead for several hours. Guess she won't be getting any more acting work ... -
Your girlfriend just needs to get a letter from student services saying that she's a student.

Does anyone here know the difference between a swede and a turnip?
Teresa replied to Ellybum's topic in General Discussions
It changes depending which area of the country you're in. I'm a southerner and as far as I'm concerned the swede is the purple one, but people in Scotland, the North and Cornwall believe the opposite. -
Sometimes you just gotta accept that it exists and get on with life, rather than being bitter and twisted and screaming at the tv screen every sunday evening. Well that's what my therapist said anyway...

Let's just say I'm more like Carenza than Mick. No stripey jumpers in my wardrobe lol

We don't ALL have beards and hair growing out of the ears ... I shaved yesterday

I think they've changed it to 5 years now before you can get the points removed.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact they automatically put a 10% tip on the bill, it would be nice to make the decision yourself, especially since they charged me 1.95 for a semi-cold latte and it's listed at 1.50 on the menu. Oh and the staff aren't quite with it yet, but it's all new to them so I guess they'll get better in time. Food was lovely tho, such a bargain at lunch time.

Funnily enough someone came round yesterday (in Walkley) asking for scrap steel, then today a different bloke came round.

I went to Wasabisabi with some friends and the food was great, really enjoyed it.

Petrol - prices, protests and panic
Teresa replied to mat1978's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
At Morrisons in Hillsborough the unleaded was 93.9p tonight and only had to queue 15 minutes. There are guys there controlling the queueing too so it's organised panic! Teresa -
Confucius quote that i have printed out and pinned on my bedroom wall: "Find a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life"

I worked in offices for 3 years before deciding to go into archaeology. I've never looked back! If you are prepared to live on peanuts it's well worth it.

Nope, not yet My friend tells me it's probably better not to get it back now as the value drops by 1/3 if a car's been recorded as stolen and recovered. But I'd like to get all my stuff back that was inside, not of a great deal of value but some of it can't be replaced. And I loved my car so I'd still be happy to get it back (repaired of course!). You should take it in to the archaeology dept on West St, they'll tell you what it is.
