  1. I went to Five Guys just to see what the hype was about. Cost about £35 for 2 of us which is madness for what's essentially a takeaway style place. Yes it was tasty, but for me, Urban Quarter is the best burger I've eaten in Sheffield. Less expensive and a better quality burger.
  2. I'm struggling to find a cleaner who will do an apartment in S3. Looking for an initial clean followed by a 2 hour clean every fortnight or so. Can anyone recommend someone that will do S3?
  3. I'll second Common Room, it's the only place I really watch the football. It'll get busy though so if you want a seat, I'd recommend booking a booth.
  4. I tried Sai Nivas the other day. Everyone was impressed with the food and the portions were very good. It wasn't the quickest service but the owner/chef took his time to come out of the kitchen after the meal and explain how everything is fresh and they grind all their own spices. The restaurant itself isn't the most welcoming, but overall, it's a very good independent restaurant and I'd go back, but not before I've tried Urban Choola!
  5. I'm a member of Puregym North and The Gym. Mainly use Puregym for the classes and they are very good. I do the Spin class on a Sunday and it's always full, although usually if you book by the Friday/Saturday then you're fine. I find that the gym isn't often hugely busy which I like, but I guess it depends on when you go.
  6. I'd look no further than La Vaca for steak, in Sheffield. This place can be booked up a week or two in advance though, so certainly worth booking a while in advance.
  7. When you sign up you're entitled to an induction which basically shows you how to use all the equipment. I'd also recommend doing a class or two, they tend to work your legs which many people skip at the gym 'because it's hard'.
  8. They've got a really good range of stock, and have always given good advice when I've been in.
  9. Milestone does a good breakfast at the weekend, but you'll need a bit of time as it's not very quick! I always have the eggs bennedict and it's very good! 2 x glasses of Prosecco, 2 x breakfasts and 2 coffees for £15.
  10. Hi, I could be interested. When do you train and what standard is it? SDFPL?
  11. Hi mate, What team are you? I could be interested, typically play the 'number 10' role just behind the striker, or centre mid.
  12. It's £16.95 I think. And still worth every single penny!! It's making me hungry just thinking about it!!
