hi there, no your face book and emails are not stored in the computer its in thier servers so you dont need to back these up just access them as usual thanks

go to A1 computers on london rd they sell them for about £75

take it to A&E satelite on firthpark road they are good and reasonable prices

in futer if you need to put it to manifacure restore all you need to do is press F4 at start up and that will take you to it

i dont advise you to do a jealbreak it will mes you phone up , plus you will lose everything as soon as you do any updates

I would try safe mood by pressing the f8 button at start up and see if it works then it might be a software problem , otherwise it's a hard wear problem and u need to take it to a shop

There's one near Sheffield university on the big round about its called novel

Put them into a USB drive then take them to boots they hv a east operated machines

Try to format it with a windows disk , it might be a software problem
