Called in asda last night to do my xmas shop,thought I would treat myself to a bottle of baileys, my trolley came to around £250 check out woman stopped me when she went to ring through the baileys said she couldnt serve me as I had my teenage daughter with me and I could be giving her a drink,I thought she was messing as I was doing a big shop and im not a kid but a grandmother!!but no she was serious policy now states any adult with teenage children can not buy alcohol, told her to keep my shopping along with the baileys fuming!!!

As someone who is now older and wiser , I tell my daughters never to get so drunk you dont no whats happening,always stay together never leave anyone always stay together.you see when I was just 18 was raped,I wasnt use to drinking and tried to keep up.so you see I fully back this campaign,woman are so vunrible and even more so when drunk

i agree ,my daughter is 17 and in college ,she applied for a part time cleaning job she didnt get it they gave it to a 40 something that already had a job

Really!!!! you must know something we dont know,all my family are also with this practice and its almost impossible to get an appointment you have to wait for call back if you say you really need to be seen.Like i said it has got worse ,use to be all nice doctors,but all changed now so not to sure what they are like now.I do know that they have refused to do my smear i had cancer cells a few years a go and need one every year doctor lightfoot use to do mine as nurses couldnt do mine because of tilted womb now shes left all other doctors have refused !!!

thanks for your help,i am at the top end of east bank road and needed to know the best route for my 16 year old daughter to take as she is starting a work placement there,and im worried about dark mornings/evenings

iv been with duke medical centre all my life and so has my parents,but if i was you i would speak to people from both practices as over the years this surgery has got worse

hi forum readers, do any of you know if any bus from East Bank Road go to Anns Grove Primary school ?dont know where about the new building is, since they shut down the lovely building on top of the hill.And before you all say "yes" can you please tell me,thanks

school buses are specially put on for school children,not for public use any adults travelling on these buses with no connection to the school would need a c.r.b check
