  1. I'm not an odd job man, every job has its professional, I expect and require a professional service and will be paying for that. There's no corrolation between telecommunications and the job I require. You don't have to take it to the main dealer for work, but if you want to keep the warranty up you can't have it serviced by your grandad.
  2. I would, if in my van, but into my wife's £31k SUV I want a specialist. Having a pop myself would probably also endanger it's 7yr bumper to bumper warranty.
  3. Anyone know of a good dashcam fitting company? I'm looking for a full established company, not an odd job man. Thanks.
  4. It's relative. They may not mate Amazons trillions, but I make more than an ice-cream man so.......
  5. Hmm Ebay makes over $7m per day, so I think it'll be a while until they're classed as struggling.
  6. That's my fathers in laws father. Must've been many many years ago.
  7. I'm always advertising, but not about that.
  8. Yah the issue was with me dropping the item off, seems the shop just threw it in a corner and forgot about it. The person behind the counter seemed pretty incredulous. I've never had a problem at any other drop off point.
  9. Hello Monkey I dropped a parcel there Monday 28th May on a 24hr delivery. Being bank holiday I didn't expect pickup till Tuesday realistically. Today Thursday, it's still on the system as Scanned Ready for Pickup. I phoned DPD and they confirmed it's still in store. They said, it might have been stored away wrong, at the store. Ok. I visited the store again and asked why my parcel hadn't been picked up by the driver. She went to look for it and couldn't find it. She said it isn't here. I noticed her poking around under the stairs leading to the next level, so I had a look (through the steps of the stairs and spotted it) it's a 14" box it isn't very hard. She then had an excuse that the driver probably didn't have it on his pickup list. REALLY? I phoned DPD from the carpark and told them what she'd said, they said that's unlikely as it's down for a 24hr delivery. They said what's most likely happened is they put it away somewhere and forgot about it. Brilliant. Amatures.
  10. Anyone used the DPD drop off service at Currys PCWorld Drake House? If so, did anyone else find the service as reliable as a chocolate fireguard?
  11. Did you know you can get automatic curtain and blind closing devices? You can also control them by your smart phone.
  12. Happy New Year I'm after a dry indoor space to sort out a huge kitesurfing kite. It needs to be at least 15m long and clean floored, something like a sports hall. Only for half an hour or so. Many years ago the office I was working from had an empty huge open plan vacancy, ideal. If there's no ideas I'll just approach, as said, a sports hall or something. Don't know how helpful they'll be. Thanks in anticipation.
  13. All very interesting input. Nah the cat isn't mine but very much like it, mines angrier most of the time.
