  1. I'll try pop in sometime tonight, everyone upstairs then I take it.
  2. I agree in part with that. But I'm not commenting further as this is not the right thread to do so.
  3. Doesn't matter what its called officially people will still call it supertram.
  4. There is. The 2003 Act Main Points of the Act and the resulting regulations: Set a curfew on the use of fireworks, banning them between the hours of 11.00pm and 7.00am except except for Bonfire Night (midnight), Diwali, New Year, and Chinese New Year (1.00am) Banned shop sales of fireworks louder than 120 decibels. Created an offence for under-18s to have them in a public place. Made all year-round shop sales licenceable. Limited the sale period for other retail outlets. The Act is also an enabling act which set out a framework for more detailed regulations to appear in the future.
  5. Could be a set point and number of people passing in set time, then some equation to work it out. Event area x time x people - ?% = approx crowd. I don't know, something like that.
  6. Yep scam. Even tho NHS is seriously <removed> they dont have a habit of just throwing people out after surgery. Next time tell them to book a medi-car.
  7. Take them to this instead.. http://www.yellowbusevents.co.uk/fright_night.php
  8. Having worked on the crew both days this weekend, I personally think Sheffield council, South Yorkshire police, City Ambassadors and the private security section worked very well together and kept very good order of the whole event. Considering there was (I believe) 7000+ people on Dev green Sat and close to that Sun plus who knows how many 1000's in other areas of Sheffield city center. As for the comments about "chavs" etc, any city center has problems with idiots at the weekend.
  9. Does anyone know who the Roxy building belongs to? We are looking to move to a venue in Sheffield.
