  1. You could use Mozilla Thunderbird https://www.thunderbird.net/en-GB/ or portable version https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/thunderbird_portable Add all the accounts you want to manage and let Thunderbird download all the emails. Then you can copy emails between accounts, it could take hours depending how many emails you have.
  2. It sounds like Waldo is using a wireless bridge. https://kb.netgear.com/227/What-is-a-wireless-bridge you could use one of these to add an extra point. https://www.cclonline.com/product/318673/TL-WPA4220-V4/Powerline-Networking/TP-Link-TL-WPA4220-v4-300Mbps-AV600-Wireless-N-Powerline-Adapter/NET3902/ Or this has 3 adapters; https://www.cclonline.com/product/290080/TL-WPA4220-TKIT-V4-0/Powerline-Networking/TP-Link-AV600-P-line-Uni-Wi-Fi-Re-2-Ports-Kit/NET3664/ Stay safe.
  3. The iPhone 6 is at the end of support, the latest OS it will run is 12.5.1. But it is still receiving security updates. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPhone
  4. How is the HP connected to the computer? USB/wireless network/wired network.
  5. Download the "Create Windows 10 installation media" from here; https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10 And run it, then click "Upgrade this PC now". Windows has to be activated to run the program.
  6. I cloned a Lenovo laptop the a 1TB harddrive onto a 250GB SSD 2 weeks ago using Macrium Reflect Free, and it worked ok. Yes doing a clean install onto the SSD is best if possible, but you will lose all your software and setting. So it will work both ways. I could do the clone for you, contact details below.
  7. Use Macrium Reflect 7 Free Edition https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree Adjust the partition size before you start the clone. How much data is on the C drive?
  8. Looks like they are having some problems; https://www.theregister.co.uk/2019/05/14/virgin/ Downdetector shows around 400x the normal number of reported problems; https://downdetector.co.uk/problems/virgin-media
  9. It looks like the harddrive is failing, I would backup all your files as soon as you can and replace it with a SSD. 240GB SSD's are around £45 for an ok spec one at the moment. You could try upgrading to Windows 10 first on the old drive, then you don't have the activation problem. Then do a clean install of Windows 10 on the SSD and reinstall your programs and copy your data back across. Windows 7 support ends on 14 January 2020 BTW.
  10. First restart the laptop, Do not just shutdown. Restarting does a different thing. If that does not work right click the Windows icon on the bottom left, click "Device Manager" and under sound right click and remove all sound devices including ticking the "Delete the driver software for this device". Then restart and leave it for at least 15 minutes and then test it to see if it has worked.
  11. What other devices do you have to recover them onto? If you do have another PC then a external USB adapter should work, you just need to make sure the connectors are the right ones. Or you could just plug it into another PC.
  12. You can still do it for free I believe, just backup everything first in case it goes wrong. This tool should do it; https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 If not I have an older version which worked as of a few months ago.
  13. To view the recent login activity, click "Details" on the bottom right of the mail page. https://support.google.com/mail/answer/45938?hl=en Check it looks ok and the IP address's belong to you or your ISP.
  14. I use DBAN to wipe hard drives. https://dban.org/ What version of Windows does it have on it? As it may be of some value if it has a fresh install on it.
  15. EE do 100GB and 200GB mobile data contracts which are not to bad price wise for mobile data. https://shop.ee.co.uk/dongles/pay-monthly-mobile-broadband/4gee-router/details#
