  1. ......this advertisement is brought to you by Hooner Pet Supplies! Where every customer is a happy customer!
  2. It's 20 self contained 'flats' within one large building, with communal living areas etc. It's run by Sanctuary Housing and when they first announced it, they said it would be for women and children only. It's due to be signed off by Keepmoat on 20 October, so I think people will be moving in soon. Sanctuary told me that it will be a range of people living there..... could be women fleeing abuse, asylum seekers, released prisoners.... anyone who is homeless and in need really. http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1142661
  3. Hopefully this is the one..... 0114 269 3009 http://www.isouthyorkshire.com/profile/221780/Sheffield/Hills-Panels-Products-Sheffield-Ltd/ https://www.hpponline.co.uk/locations
  4. I have a BT Smartphone for my landline, which can also block private, withheld, international or payphone numbers. You can also set it to block specific numbers, or set it to just allow certain numbers. You can get apps for your mobile depending on your phone, such as 'Mr Number' which I have. You can set this to block withheld / private numbers as well.
  5. Many other local TV channels are on Sky. Channel 117 is reserved for local TV. It just seems that Sheffield Live haven't managed to get themselves on there. Sky can limit things down to postcode level, not just regionally.
  6. You mean they aren't for when you're parked on double yellows, but just nipping into the shop?
  7. I aim to please! Now, must dash. I have sitcom scripts to write!
  8. :hihi: This forum gets better by the day :hihi: Maybe if people like you removed the stick from their arse and lightened up, the UK wouldn't be in the state it is today. Just in case you're actually being serious, I'd give this number a call. They might be able to help you out 0300 123 3393. :hihi: (Yes. That's me laughing at cancer)
  9. It must be a laugh a minute at your house. You do realise that Frank Spencer was a comedy character don't you?
  10. “I had a real bad headache because of the smell. When I sleep, I feel the smell. I didn’t have dinner last night." http://www.ntnews.com.au/news/northern-territory/darwin-cabbies-crappy-fare-as-passenger-leaves-huge-poo/story-fnk0b1zt-1227053399167
  11. Within the last couple of weeks, Rightmove is showing it as no longer on the market, but not sold.
  12. Possibly connected to this...... https://twitter.com/KCInspector/status/505467541385654272 "Great result when officers responded to the Richmond area and arrested two for burglary. One of the two was already wanted for other crimes." 2:30 PM - 29 Aug 2014
  13. So the responsibility doesn't lie with the thief? Is that really what you're saying?? I think I'll step away from this thread, because you're obviously on a wind up.
  14. Well good for you. I get the impression that smug feeling you've got will last all day, so I'm glad to help. BTW, I don't offer 'easy pickings'. But I can easily understand how someone can make a simple mistake and leave a door / window open. Or quickly nip into a shop and leave something on display in the car. Because, that's life. Stuff happens. What I'm trying to say, which you're purposely ignoring, is that the blame still lies with the thief. I don't care what he thinks. I don't care what he thinks about me. But the thief is the one in the wrong. It's as though you're saying that if a window or door is left open, the thief isn't to blame. Therefore, do you think we should just 'let them off'? "Oh well, Mrs Smith left her back door open. It's her own fault. Mrs Smith obviously encouraged the thief by her stupid actions, so the poor burglar can't be blamed for entering her property and stealing her belongings. The thief isn't to blame and isn't responsible. Mrs Smith is." See how stupid it sounds?
