HI Im on my 7th Blackberry .... personally I love them, but its each to there own. If email is important to you then Blackberry is one of the main contenders to deliver this to you there are other options. My advice go play with one.

Surely the first phone had a warranty, usually 1 to 2 years depending on the handset, it would have been more cost effective to get it repaired in that period, worse case buy a second hand handset ? As regards the contracts how long have they been running and for what period ?
