Ah yes... having looked again although the writing is accross the land next to where the church stands I suppose it could relate to the buildings on the opposite side. I was looking at the 1877 map on this site, having searched for the church. http://www.old-maps.co.uk/maps.html

Thanks for that. Seems it has been many things! A search of old maps shows it was a building or buildings called albert villas.

Im trying to find out what buildings stood next to mount view church on derbyshire lane. I have searched picture sheffield but can only find photos of the church front. Can anyone help me with my search, or tell me where else i could look. Many thanks

Glad to hear the little one you have taken in is doing well. The rspca have been informed by a few people now about these ferrets and they have passedthe info on. Good luck to anyone that goes looking. Sorry i cant be of any more help today.

Aparently there are quitea few. I had an email from someone telling me about them and have asked them to contact the rspca as they will need trapping. I shall be going past to have a look too but fingers crossed the rspca will get the message and send someone out. We can but hope!!

These sound fab, but sadly my little one will only be 4 months when this course starts. Will you be doing another in a month or so? Edit to say, actually he will be 5 months on 1st oct. Would still be interested to know when you have other courses running though.

Thats a great idea - its not very local to where the ferret is being kept at the moment - do you live close by perhaps we could email through a poster? Or if not if you are local perhaps the petshop would just be willing to put a card up in the window to say that a ferret was found in deepcar? Thanks

Ferret safe and well - Moonbird doing a fab job with him but it would be lovely to try and get this chap home - please keep a listen out for any that have gone missing in and around the surrounding areas (ferrets can sometimes stray quite a way from home!) Thanks
