I need to replace my decking. Do I go for timber or composite? Like to hear from people who have had either for a while.

I didn't see that coming

Anyone know who can help with bee removal?

OK Thanks. Feeling a bit more relaxed about the bees now. Are they making a comeback? -
Anyone know who can help with bee removal?

:help:I have a bird box in my garden. It is full of bees, creating a health and safety hazard for my two young children as the bees are swarming all around it. I don't really want to kill the bees or even worse provoke them and not kill them. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks. -

A57 Car Testing Centre is on Handsworth Road. Not in the west of the city but friendly and honest. You will not get ripped off!! -
Look very good in the snow. Much better than the old yellow ones.

I think they are fantastic. A more pleasant ambience, brighter, clearer skies and cheaper in the long run.

If you are keeping your novel realistic your character should go on the Sheffield Forum. Alternatively I think that if you go on a Sunday morning you should have a fair chance. Good luck with the book. If there is a film maybe I could have a small part in it?

Advice re primary school for child with special needs
Attercliffe replied to SarahJ's topic in Disability & Carers Group
---------- Post added 14-12-2012 at 00:11 ---------- [/color]Hi Sarah We have a son with Down's Syndrome who is now 8. I remember very clearly what a difficult decision it was finding the right nursery for him. We had a lovely portage worker who was not allowed to recommend anywhere but she encouraged me to make an appointment to visit Wharncliffeside Nursery which although is not near to the areas you have mentioned, was also not near us (we are in S10). The nursery has an integrated resource and is attached to a lovely little primary school and we were very fortunate that our son was able to attend. The Head of the nursery unit is one in a million - we were so impressed with all that she did for him (from using Makaton to doing massage and yoga with him) and a lot of the time the care was one-to-one. We were sad that the Primary School was not the right place for him (he has other additional needs) but we ended up choosing Mossbrook which is in S8 (Norton) and we have been very happy with everything about this school. He is safe there and he can learn at the same level of his peers and he has friends. We put him on a bus every day (he has been on a bus since he was 3 - that was hard at first) and he never gives a backward glance, just leaves with a big smile on his face. If you would like to PM me for more information about anything I have mentioned, please feel free. I would be more than happy to help if I can. There is a good support group for parents of children with DS in Sheffield so I can give you details if you are interested. All the best Catherine -
