  7. Hey. A friend of mine is shooting a feature length film this year and is looking for an old/classic looking car to appear in one or two scenes for a very brief period. He's looking for something like the Austin 1800 or Datsun 1200. Ideally not too flashy, an old, unkempt rusty classic would be ideal! If you have a classic car that fits the bill or know somebody who has and would be interested in having it appear in the movie then please get in touch. Shooting for this starts around August time. PM me if you'd like more details on this.
  8. So when you go and buy a used car....do you suggest immediately putting a new set of 4 tyres on? There's a unit on Ouse road in darnall, fairly cheap
  9. I would recommend getting hold of a 3M restoration kit. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3M-Headlight-Lens-Restoration-Kit-/350871828784?pt=UK_Car_Accessories_Car_Care_Cleaning&hash=item51b1973930 We recently used one of these on set of my friends really cloudy headlights, brings them up like new
  10. There's the lowdownvw meet - third monday of every month at meadowhall retail park, usually a pretty big turnout.
  11. It's not as simple as calories in - calories out or eating low fat. If you're looking to lose weight by adjusting your diet you need to understand what makes you gain that weight in the first place. Starving your body isn't going to help you. Gary taubes does a good (albeit a bit long) job of explaining it, check out his videos on why we get fat: I'd recommend looking into something like eating Paleo: http://www.fitbomb.com/p/why-i-eat-paleo.html
  12. I see you've got it sorted now, but if anyone needs their arches rolling in future give ash a shout, does a good job and is very reasonably priced: http://www.facebook.com/ashley.mckee.1675?fref=ts
