  1. Depends on the scope of coverage you'd want, I'm sure you could google it to see what's available locally ? If you'd like someone to cover the whole of your time there then you might want to think about taking a photographer with you.
  2. Some really nice shots, there's quite a bit of repetition though.
  3. I broke three of my lenses using a Lowepro side access wotsit bag. For lugging everything around I have a Crumpler Zoomiverse XL - people say it makes me look like a snail.
  4. Sounds a fairly decent price and I wouldn't be concerned. Do a HPI check and get an AA inspection if you need peace of mind.
  5. What free? As that's what the OP is clearly wanting.
  6. An Ericsson T28 Mobile phone in 2000.
  7. Some of the polish lads on sites I visit wear lightweight cotton trousers (really lightweight t-shirt material) and a t-shirt alongside their high viz in warm weather.
  8. No they don't. "Road tax" doesn't exist, the tax disc you buy is an emissions tax based on the amount of crud your car chucks out, not to pay for the roads.
  9. It runs right under the Central station where the confluence of the River Sheaf and Porter Brook occurs, the underground river runs straight past Pond's Forge (where it is open air for a short period) and then onwards to an outfall at the Don near Castlegate. I've been down there a couple of times, it's a nice stroll if a bit rocky in parts (watch your ankles) I wore fishing waders but I bet in dry periods it's doable in wellies. *I am by no means condoning going down there... so Don't go when it is raining or forecast to do so, the only thing running through the tunnels is water and air flows freely through the tunnels so there's no danger of gases. Don't be an idiot and go in flip flops, be prepared for 100% darkness so take torches IF you do go. A photo taken a couple of years ago: Just before the route emerges at Pond's Forge.
  10. EF 50mm f/1.2L The Old. by jST., on Flickr
  11. Canon EF fit DSLRs can take the old type of lenses with a cheapo adapter, some of these adapters will allow you to still get the AF confirm indication from the DSLR body, which is useful.
  12. Did anything interesting happen in Sheffield today?
