  1. I don't really know how to title the thread so sorry about that. I have known for a while I am insecure and I have constantly convinced myself I can overcome it on my own. it's now getting to the point where I am about to lose people close to me and I have decided I need help. So the question is does anyone know of anywhere in Sheffield to seek help? Thanks.
  2. Hi all can anyone help please. Looking for a mens hairdressers in Sheffield possibly a stylist . I basically want to go in and just say do something with it. It has become way too long and just dont know what to do with it. Price isn't an issue just want to be able to go in and know they wont make me look an idiot at the end of it and they know what they are doing. Cheers
  3. Work has started under the cheese grater car park or sugar cube as some of you may refer to it as. Anyone any ideas?
  4. Quite a bit on in Sheffield on the 5th then.
  5. Apparently the dog was there to sniff people leaving Meadowhall rather than entering. Recent reports have suggested that the dog is a big fan of Millies Cookies and it was time for his dinner, so they took him there. They then let the dog sniff the cookies out and then said they had to confiscate them on health and safety grounds, took him back to the van and let him have the cookies for his dinner.
  6. Well in that case it will be £300 for god knows how many incidents then! Great idea and you can just assist people in need of the help to this point instead of ringing an Ambulance for where you are. Makes sense!
  7. It's more than likely that at one point in your younger years you was one of them 'idiots'!
  8. You say that not one fight has happened in the club. Well that is a load of rubbish as on the opening night there was one hell of a scrap in the main room to the left of the dj box! Won't be setting foot in this place again for the simple fact that it isn't altering Sheffields nightlife in a positive way. All you are doing is providing the same music as any other club in Sheffield! You aren't bringing any big names or up and coming dj's to Sheffield and the lighting is awful and rooms are small and drinks expensive! Plug is a lot better in terms of what you offer! Cheaper drinks, a decent sound system, decent lighting rig which is controlled and a lot friendlier staff. All the big pr you made aout changing Sheffields nightlife and you provide us with this, embarassing.
  9. Said it many times on here in the past about Plug staff and security. Always have been top notch with me and friends when we have been. Aslong as you don't carry an attitude they are fine with you and unlike most security in clubs in Sheffield you can have a chat with them and they won't push you to one side or blank you.
  10. Cheers, looking for a club mainly with a decent sound system..what is DQ like?
  11. Asked before but didn't get any replies but a few of us are out on Saturday and looking for a decent club to go to. Fed up of the cheesey music and dance stuff they play. All of us are into what we call our hard-dance. Hardwell/Tiesto - Zero 76 Steve Aoki - Turbulence Simon Patterson - Taxi Those types of tunes plus abit of Hard House etc. Anyone any ideas? Cheers
  12. Amazing! Fair enough you get a few idiots mainly kids aged 15/16 having a drink for their first time and thinking they can do what they like but apart from that town was buzzing yesterday. Thought it was great on West Street at night aswell all the bars rammed and people having a good time. If only it was like his every weekend Sheffield would be back on the map for a good night out!!!
  13. Think it's very lame your putting it down to racial abuse! Striped tops aren't allowed in many places. I've been down town with a striped top on and was refused in a few bars on west street (Players, Steelhouse & Varsity).
