It look liked it happened just past the paddling pool on the left heading out of the city, you can see where the bark is missing from the tree on the bend.

Has anyone else received a planning application ref:-17/01148/FUL through their door this week for the cafe to extend their premises by sighting 3 pre-fabricated buildings in the park. I've never been in so don't know how big it is inside but looks like they must need the space for their customers. I must try it sometime as heard good reports about their menu, especially the milkshakes.

Does anyone know why Hollins Lane is closed?

It's just been on Look North that the Snake Pass is closed due to a very serious accident, 2 people killed, 5 seriously injured in a 5 vehicle accident on A57 this morning. If you were going to travel this route this morning you would have to go via Woodhead instead. Thoughts with the people involved, so sad.

Reports on Sheffield Online that someone with an axe has attacked a Police Officer. Hope they are OK.
