  1. You are best of calling First Group Customer services on 01709 566000
  2. I go to In-Trim at Manor Top. I get a personal training session every 6 weeks to develop my exercise plan, and there are also 2 group classes with a personal trainer I can attend every week. I pay around £30 per month.
  3. I'm on Pinterest too, still getting to grips with it. I like it when I receive a new follower or someone repins my stuff.
  4. I'll rework my website, thankyou for your comments. I want to turn this into a long term business rather than just receiving pocket money, and the internet is a great tool to enable me to do this as it can work 24/7 whereas I cannot. Like I say, its work in progress and I have no money to put in and I'm not allowed to use google adwords so its just a little tougher than I thought right now. I'll keep you updated with how it goes.
  5. You could learn a lot from positive criticism. I've done all this on my own and I think its great but it does need some work, and I need to look into the areas of improvement. Its a work-in-progress thing. If anyone would do any different to the home pade, then advice is welcomed.
  6. I cant help but divert them to the other website, the Phoenix website they gave me has a no follow code so I cant be found in search queries. I just hope this isnt hurting the conversions into sales. What would you do?
  7. Hi, I'm looking for some free advice and tips on website design. If anyone can help me improve my website and give SEO tips I would be ever so grateful. I'm wanting to drive more traffic to my website, and then convert this into sales through the online ordering facility. So far traffic is around 8 visits per day but no sales or party bookings resulting in this. Thankyou, Lyndsey.
  8. Thanks, Just had a look on digital direction.
  9. I'm on google places. Required 2 weeks wait for the activation code, then jobs a good un.
  10. Try http://www.etsy.com, you can drill down to local suppliers.
  11. I think the http://www.thecitizenshipmagazine.co.uk is the genuine police society one. I advertised in this and received official invoice etc, but its an online publication only and its UK-wide. All their contact details are online and official address etc. My problem is that another police magazine had been contacting me also regarding an advertisement and the sales guy told me that they could print my advert for distribution in my S12 area for the year (4 quarterly issues). Unfortunately I thought both were the same and put my advert in for the year thinking it was a great deal. The sales guy number wasnt withheld, but there was a mobile no. I had even done my research before hand and seen the website. If I had not received two calls from similar companies claiming to be from police societies, the first deal of an online only publication would have not been a great deal. I kept getting calls saying I needed to pay and confirm artwork, and I said I already had and approved the artwork and received confirmation email. The people on the phone said it was a mis-communication between sales and admin and they would sort it out. I only found out that both companies were seperate when I called Citizenship Magazine (the peope I had paid) and asked when they are due to print as I would like to receive a copy. So, I paid the Citizenship Magazine for annual advertising over 4 magazines to be distibuted to 60,000 homes and business' in my area. But they only offered online publication, didnt realise they werent same. Easy mistake to make I hope. As soon as I realised this I knew I had been had by the second company, thankfully I had not paid them. My advert is in the citizenship magazine publication, I've seen it. So it must be genuine.
