  1. I was at the school after it moved to Gleadless. Think Mr Woolhouse's first name was Don - can't remember which subject he taught.
  2. Try http://www.spinal.co.uk It's a pdf file file giving details about the Lodge Moor Isolation hospital. The book -Hospital on the Moor-is written by a local who may have more information. Her name and address are on the site. The POW camp was turned into a gypsy camp. Is it still there?
  3. Does anyone remember Shades on Ecclesall Road? This was before it became Napoleons. The decor was about the same standard as the Bucaneer and the DJ usually finished the night with Star*****r by the Stones!
  4. Thanks for the memories, time spent there was unforgettable. I remember some of the furniture ending up at Stoke Hall where I was also a regular. it also found it's way to the Wapentake as did the legendary landlady, Olga Marshall. Great times -sadly missed.
