Gents, as it looks like this thread is pretty much dead i thought i'd point you in the direction of Old Edwardians FC (Over 45), they are always looking for players and much of the team is like yourselves (season ticket holders). They are a good bunch of lads and really welcoming. Home games are split between the £G at Goodwin (Near Western Park Hospital) and Warminster Road. They do pretty well overall and give everyone a good game losing less than they win/draw. DM me if you have any questions or are interested and i'll forward you some details

Hi there, just to clear confusion on cards for you the LifeCARD is specifically for SIV sites only as it's their own initiative and is £3 if bought online or £5 in the centre. Graves are run by Places for People and their own discount card is the Sheffield saver card at around the same price as the LifeCARD. Graves were still honouring the discount from the Slice Card but don't sell or supply them, this was still true last year but this may have changed. Hope that helps in some way

They have their own card called a Sheffield Saver Card i think?? It gives between 20/30% off of your activity. It's operated by Places foe People Leisure so search for that and you should be able to get more info. I think you can also use the Sheffield Slice Card but if you live in Dronfield you aren't eligible as you have to live in Sheffield.

Hi Chris, The sauna is in the change area for the members change, when you get to the reception downstairs head through the auto gates on the right into the change area, once inside the area you want is inside and in the back left corner. (There is a members comp pool change and gym change so make sure you are in the right one) Leisure pool isn't open to public at all times so the best thing to do is check the website for these times or ask the downstairs reception and they will direct you through to the correct changing room as there is no access from the members change. There's a small friendly gym at Handsworth school, take a look online... It's pretty quiet and the staff there are fantastic. Bargepole is half right though, you will need to address diet too, you can't out train a bad diet. Good luck
