  1. Congratulations. I can personally recommend Cubley Hall in Penistone. Got married there 18 months ago. Wonderful location and a one off venue!!!
  2. If you fancy Italy as a destination I would recommend checking out http://www.tuscany-villa-holiday.co.uk/ and click on the wedding section. The villa is ideal as a base for family and friends and there is a hotel a short walk down the road and a campsite with some caravans round the corner if you have a lot of guests. I attended a wedding here a few years ago and it was an amazing experience. Let me know if you want anymore info or as it says contact the owners. Hope this is of help to someone.
  3. Me and my OH are having fresh flowers for our wedding, however for favours we found some wooden roses on eBay (the stems are wire only the flower is wooden); they are very light (a box of 100 weighed about the same as a bag of sugar.) they look amazing and bring a lovely aspect to the wedding, if we hadn’t already paid for the flowers we would be having these, it only cost us around £20 for 100 roses and they come in loads of different colours and I think you can even buy ready made bouquets. Slightly different from using artificial flowers but I love the quirkiness of it and as I said they are really good and local as well (Doncaster), however other retailers are available lol.
  4. sorry my mistake the website s actually http://www.aristocatweddings.co.uk/ they have 3 cars, two which I am having for september which are the 1949, mark 5 Jag (Lotty) and 1968 Mark 2 '340' Jag (Nelly). The other is a 1996 XJ6 'Executive' (grace) if this is anything like the other two then it will be in fantastic condition. They are not a massive company and do it for the love of it so are very reasonably priced and the cars are amazing. A must for any Bride and Groom.
  5. Try Aristocat wedding cars aristocats.com we have booked them for september and are using the Mark 4 and Mark 2 Jags that they have got, they are in amazing condition and at a really reasonable price, we would definatly recommend them, they also have a 1996 xj6, not seen this but if its anything like the others it will be brilliant. hope this helps.

We have found a company called Classic occasion vintage Hire and wondered if anyone had any experiance of using them as there is no feedback on their website. or if anyone could suggest anyone different apart from the ones already mentioned (looking for vintage cars). Cheers
