  1. Is buying online an option? Much cheaper than you'll find on the high Street. https://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/A4-100-Sheet-Activity-Paper-Pad-With-8-Colours-Sheets-Arts-Crafts-Stationary/172243362424?epid=1430654136&hash=item281a812278%3Ag%3AxAoAAOSwkp1a6FaX&LH_BIN=1
  2. I could get it running on Windows 10... Easily. A quick search shows there is a windows 10 patch you need to download. ---------- Post added 02-05-2018 at 12:17 ---------- Oh I just read the steam links from alchresearch showed you a French patch. It should work with that. I know you Ghozer and know you know computers so don't understand how you've not managed to get it running. ---------- Post added 02-05-2018 at 12:19 ---------- You mentioned VM what did you use on the VM. Cos this will probably work https://digiex.net/threads/digiex-exclusive-premade-windows-98-virtual-machine-for-use-with-older-games.1022/
  3. Buy it. If its not working there's fixes online. Here's a link to a fix the game needs due to freezing on win10..
  4. I remember those days was good seeing people interact on here after seeing each other in real life. Now to the OP Doesn't anybody use the fabric? Like from old clothes that ain't no good for charity so instead of throwing out could make pillows? or Barbie dresses if you have a little girl like me! If you have a good imagination I'm sure theirs lots to be thought of to make. ---------- Post added 19-02-2018 at 18:25 ---------- Also personally I wear clothes untill. 1)I get bored of them 2) they break (zips, rips). I don't wear only one set of clothes by the way lol I meant generally. For shoes I like to have nice new looking pairs but clothes I don't buy all the time latest trends etc I like to stick to "my style".
  5. Google is up to date. On Google you can get information that has been uploaded to the internet the minuet it's been uploaded. It's whatever site used which wasn't. Unfortunately this is one of the problems with often smaller business their sites are out of date and newer information is often only available over the telephone or through public knowledge, due to the business owner changing opening times or what ever. Like you said wasn't in Sheffield but if was then this would have been a reason for someone to ask a question.
  6. Yeah some probably do prefer to ask real people. And as for willman I'm sure Google is upto date I'm also sure the site that gave Google the info is to blame itself. Google gets the answers where business is concerned from the business itself.
  7. Well, yeah but if you bothered to read my post properly you would have understood that the question I asked which is about Sheffield forum users would not be answerable by Google. That's the whole point of my thread. And actually i am ashamed to be honest that your a moderator and are allowed to try and belittle people like that with your condescending reply.
  8. That's probably a good reason, especially if it's technical and alot of researching is needed for the answer. When all they want is a simple answer to their question. ---------- Post added 17-02-2018 at 16:27 ---------- True that questions do lead to conversation street.
  9. I use to post these lol didn't think people still did... But funny yea I didn't think this was a question for Google.
  10. Why do people ask questions on here? I mean questions like, what bus runs from here to there, or what shop sells this..they ask these questions then usually have to wait a few hours or a few days for a reply. I don't mind the questions for opinions on things, questions about local events or really technical or complicated questions etc because that's something you usually just can't ask Google and get a straight answer They could look for an answer them selfs on Google search and get the answers themselfs straight away, with alot less typing and alot less effort. Btw not a stab at lonely people wanting to talk (I'm one my self) and I'm sure they sometimes post questions easily answerable just for the want to chat to people. Also not ago at the people who like to use this site but ain't so technically minded and wouldn't know they are able to get an answer so easily and quickly.. So why? Any other reasons apart from ones mentioned? Thanks for reading guys. I'm aware of the irony by the way. but theirs no Micky taking im actually really curious to know if what I've said are really the only reasons.
  11. Theirs a few story's online, and a video went "viral" on Facebook. A couple of theifs one with a laptop another with a device im not sure Of that picks up the keys signal sent to laptop and the laptop used to unlock the car. Here's a quick Google search result for hacked smart locks. https://www.cnet.com/news/have-a-smart-lock-yeah-it-can-probably-be-hacked/
  12. Smart lock = smart theif. I beleif in a good old bolt and door lock because these days theivs hack the latest BMW's and the smart lock is hackable to let anyone have control of your door
  13. I think either my post has gone to the neighbors or the other road In sheffield with the same name or there's a theif in royal mail. But ordering from eBay I rarely get a chance to say no to there delivery option which is usually royal mail as standard. I've had alsorts of small packages never turn up. Highly trusted eBay members saying items been posted etc having to lose out because I get my money back through PayPal.
  14. I have a video of that the ladder down and the inside we went down a few years ago. We respected it and didnt touch anything. Unfortunately I went down there towards the end of last year and I think kids have found it because there is a bunch of rubble/ rubbish filling it up . Such a shame really. He water level was lower when we where there about 4/6 inch and someone's scratched into the door "help me" lol
