Kfc on queens road is halal, it's wrong. There's more chinese and eastern europeans around there than bacon dodgers. Really winds me up. This company is an absolute shambles, they estimated my winter usage by using my summer one as a guide, so after receiving a £295 in credit letter i phoned up to get it back and they said i'm £150 in debit. I then asked why they estimated it when someone read my meters and the reply was " not all of our staff are QUALIFIED to read certain meters" QUALIFIED?? It's hardly rocket science. I will never line their pockets again

yes, i can get into a eurocylinder lock in under a minute, i bought my anti snap anti bump cylinder from ebay for only £13. change the lock yourself, its less than 5 minutes work even if you haven't done it before. as for the police battering the doors down, i suppose they have to. for all they know there could be a chain or internal dead locks on it.
