Delivery staff from the postman to the gas man and YEB man has a right to be safe AT ALL TIMES.it is the owners responsibility to make sure that happens.and you should not expect to be attacked by dogs whilst doing your job just because folks like you think it comes "with the territory " what an ignorant world you must live in

Any dog is dangerous,these dogs are cross japanese tosas,and you need a court order to fetch these dogs into Europe.They are not small dogs and can weigh upto 200lb,(as the europeans cross bred them with Great Danes and Mastiffs )The actual japanese tosa weighs 85-100 lb and they are quite rare.There are not many people who will take on these dogs and you need to be an extreamly experienced and capable handler. These two dogs were reported 2 weeks before this attack to the police by a social worker as been dangerous and she said this has been waiting to happen.whatever in the world posseses anyone to have dogs like this is beyond me.
