yeah we have a detached no road noise or people walking past house, id be gutted though if I sold and didn't like apartments. Have to rent mine out first and ret apartment for 6 month tough decision lol

What is the noise like in new apartments any advise there are some nice ones on Kirby view Gleadless and new ones on Handsworth, looking at ground floor but not sure if you would here all the noise above

Dont bother with customer service they are a waste of time take my word i tried for over 6 months!!!! i even went to onbusdman they said they dont give you 100% signal all the time Best thing i did call phones for you over phone i got samsung galalxy 3 and 100 cash back i then sold my i phone 5 to pay them off £200 and woth every penny Vodaphone :mad:

You say vodaophone here to help i can see from this thread a lot of un happy customers where nothing has been done !!! Its so frustrating paying for a contract that is a load of crap and customer serice is crap signal is crap and the trouble shooting is crap!!!!!!!

Lost against vodaphone phone through the ombudesman had to pay my contract of just glad TO get rid of them THEY REPLIED YOU DONT NEED TO HAVE THE 3G SWITCHED ON THE PHONE TURN THAT OF AND YOU CAN MAKE CALLS ALL THE TIME WITHOUT THEM FAILING!!!! WHAT ABOUT WHEN TALKING AND IT CUTS OFF EVEN ON 2G NOT WORTH TALKING TO VODAPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO EVEN IN THERE SHOPS !!!!!!!!!!!!! JOKE JOKE JOKE NOW ON EE 4G AND BRILL

Made them aware for 12 months now paying a contract that i dont use, spoke to ombudesman yesterday vodaphone have until the 2/12/13 to reply which they havent !!!!! Yep Vodafone is aware as ombudsman hss taken my case on I don't even use The sim now still paying contract waiting to see if I win I live at s20 and work at s9 still the same

Take screen shots of call failure and make notes of calls to customers service then take it to the ombudsman im hoping I will win or just pay half Of the contract of

I was told by vodaphone phone shop to Turn Internet if in order to Make calls what a joke They are My husband still with Vodafone And cant wait to get away from Them same thing call failure and no Internet they should be Fined for bad service

been with vodaphone 12 years took them to ombudesman now as poor signal everywhere drop calls and call failed had i phone 5 finally bit the bullet hopefully wont have to pay the contract of if i win now on ee 4g have s4 and (touch wood) brilliant
