  1. That's very generous of you, thank you v much, merry crimbo see you soon
  2. Hi I've been doing yoga for a couple of months now, I vary it up and visit different classes, one thing I've noticed that differs in your class is your asking for people to bring their own mats, I don't own a mat never needed to and every yoga class I've attended has had enough mats to provide all practitioners with mats, and from my experience only half of the class attending brought their own mat... With non slip yoga mats starting around £5 you should invest in a few for people who don't want to buy one Have forgotten to bring theirs First timers who want to see if its for them before spending additional costs. Just an idea... Good luck
  3. Looks like a great training venue. Can't find any info on the trainer/trainers? Thanks
  4. Videos look awesome how much for the lession?
  5. Look at the little researcher going back through my posts to Feb 2011 where I posted on a weight loss thread searching desperately for an insult to throw at me. I'm 17stone of muscle now mate so you fatty comment just makes you look more of a Muppet You came on this thread just to argue thought I'd give you what you was looking for.

  7. Hi chiefkicker it's pay monthly 25 pound a month, lessons are packed full of games/fun training developing the basic skills to develop them to have great reactions awareness and respect liam is great with the kids the way he runs his class is top notch the best I found by a mile
  8. http://www.excel-in-life.com based on holbroke industrial estate, excel in my view is the best in this area for kids martial arts I take my nephew aged 5 and he loves it every time, most importantly they do a class for ages 3-5 as I had took my nephew to a few that said from age 5+ and they was kids twice his size a bit scary for him, the class is tought by liam from britons got talents martial arts deo strike. The cost is not the cheapest but fair and you get two free trail lessons to see what it's like . But if your wanting the cheapest martial arts training in this area try http://www.sonbae.org.uk based in killamarsh sports center ages 5+ 3 pound per lesson that lasts 2 hours. Hope i've helped
  9. Killamarsh sports center are pay as you go off peak it's 18 pound for 30 days use of the facilitys they also do pay per session not sure on the price of the day pass.
  10. I think that a female only class is a good idea it will act as a gate way into martial arts for woman who are put off training with men but I do think it wise that as soon as they gain the confidence/skills they should train in mixed classes as well. Anyway good luck
  11. Hi diamond123 ive just spent the last couple of weeks looking/visiting martial art clubs I was manly looking for pay as you go clubs (due to a job promotion i'm now looking for 1 on 1 training) for taekwondo pilsung taekwondo seems to have the best rep and has clubs dotted around sheff they also use the eis as one of there venues they charge around 5 pound for an hour session. Cheapest I found was sonbae taekwondo in killamarsh sports center they charge 3 pound for a two hour lesson every thursday. As for finding a ladies only traditional martial arts class I think you find it hard as my searching never came up with any, if you are just wanting female only classes I would look more into kickboxing there are quite a few that do female only classes. Hope this helps
  12. Hi ox ma i'm interested could you let me know your price location ect thanks
