  1. I am sorry but this kind of thing makes me so angry. You agreed to live with your boyfriend in his house and pay your way. If you wanted part of the house on a split you should have gone down the right legal roads to be put onto the mortgage and paid half of the deposit!! Some people are sooo greedy. If you want a house, save up for a deposit, get a mortgage and get your own house!!! Just because youve been with someone for 10 years doesnt mean you should be able to walk away with part of thier assets! Make your own money and buy your own things. Unfortunately legally if your greedy enough you will be able to scrub some money off him.
  2. Thats so awkward, I would hate it! It would be even worse if you live in a terraced house because you can hear everything nextdoor.
  3. What does she contribute to your life then? dont answer if you own any type of royal memorabilia. Why does she need that much money? And why is she taking all this money off people who are working hard just to survive so she can live an unrealistic and stupidly lavish lifestyle?
  4. Is she having a laugh? She currently gets paid 7.9 million a year out of tax payers money but she had a little overspend of 6 mill this year and its eating into her tiny emergency savings of 35 million thats said to run out in 2012 due to over spend. Poor lass. The monarchy costs us 41.5 mill a year. Great, im so glad we have a monarchy because they are so useful to us. What the bjesus does she spend all that money on? POINTLESS THINGS!!!
  5. Hi I havent read this whole thread but as soon as you have got a problem with your staff to this extent i would sugguest starting from scratch and getting a new team together. Its extremely important for the company you work for to have a strong team and also that they can keep the reputation of the company in tact which means they need to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Dont settle for a team that isnt working when you can get a fresh new team with new enthusiasm for working with you and working hard. But it does seem like you need to change the way you are running things too. It seems that you have lost your current teams respect, you may be too friendly with them. You need to put in place firmer rules and stick to them. I think its always a good thing that the staff fear you to some sort of degree otherwise the authority has been lost. Maybe you need to find a new job... or go on a training course.
  6. He sounds like hes got a personality disorder. People like this freak me out, i cant understand them and it frustrates me!! It just seems like they are from a different planet.
  7. I said most NON staffy owners probably wouldnt leave their kids alone with one, not staffy owners!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Also there is no point in staffy owners going on and on about how cuddley and safe their dog is because non staffy owners are probably never going to leave their child in a room with one unattended.... so whats the point in trying to prove the whole staffy population are non vicious just because you feel your dog isnt. Blah blah blah. stop going on about it.
  9. 1. A 3 yr old shouldnt be left in a garden on its own, there should be someone watching the child at that age. 2. That solves the problem. 3. What is this thread about?
  10. haha, good idea. The funny thing is, everyone who doesnt have mice would use the humane traps! Trust me once youve had one run past your snout whilst trying to sleep in bed resulting in a month of sleepless nights youll soon head for the snap trap isle at B&Q and buy 50. I started out with a humane trap..... we all know how that one ended.
  11. haha, when i had mice they stole the bait off the traps (chocolate). I thought they were rolling off until i baited them with peanut butter and saw TINY! tongue marks where it had licked the whole thing clean. Reset it with peanut butter again and literally 1 minute later i heard a SNAP!!! and id caught it. Dont get me wrong, i dont like seeing a dead animal. Its horrible and i do feel bad but at the end of the day they have to be killed to keep the population down. The old fashioned snap traps with peanut butter are the only thing that caught mine. They died without knowing it, snapped necks which i think is the best way to kill them. But you do have to know where they are hanging around or the traps wont catch anything! I had around 10 traps out and only one in the same place caught them everytime.
  12. So what your saying is if i have mice and i dont want to kill them then i will release them and they can go live at someone elses house and annoy them. If you have mice and dont want to kill them, then you will have to live with them in your house then wont you.
  13. Your best bet is snap traps in the paths in which you think they are taking, probably behind the kitchen sink. Put peanut butter as bait and youll catch your first one within 5 mins to 2 days, as it works a treat. Goodluck!
  14. Thas your opinion, nice to hear it. I shared mine and i get ? Because you have an opinion am i allowed to say your ? As the original poster said they were going to use glue traps, im assuming she/he doesnt mind killing the mice. Then alot of people posted and told her not to kill them, i am just sharing my opinion that if you do want to kill them dont let every one else make you feel guilty for getting rid of them. They are a nightmare to live with.
