my wife received her forms for the change from d l a to the new system and had 4 weeks to return them , we had input from her g p , c p n and went to dial to finish filling it in and this was sent a week before the deadline yet two weeks later we were informed that as no forms were returned all benefits are stopped . We contacted jobcentre plus they told us that they never got them fortunately dial had photocopied everything and have even put a headed letter to say that they did despatch the forms a week before the deadline and can they continue with the payments of benefits , i dont know what to do now how do we stand , any help will be appreciated .
