  1. Not yet but the Police seem to think they have a very good idea of who owns the dog, should be able to update after the Easter bank holiday. The good news is that Ruby is making a very good recovery and doesn't seem at all put of going for her daily walks :0)
  2. My dog is now back home, she's had a lucky escape according to the vet. She's got 15 stitches in her neck and a drain put in too. The dog looked like a boxer cross type, I didn't take too much attention of the facts as I was more concerned about my dogs welfare, the noise she was making was heartbreaking this all happened around 8:30 last night, I'm goi g to ask the post office if they're cctv caught her as I. Guessing that's where she had been, the woman was in her late 30s and was heading toward the spider park / Sutton estate.
  3. To the lady who's dog, attacked mine on Ben Lane outside Wisewood School, just want you to know that your lovely dog has ripped half my dogs throat out and she's currently undergoing surgery. You obviously knew your dog was dangerous, when it ran across the road towards mine (which I keep on a lead) as you shouted 'Oh fxxk not again' If you have any decency at all, contact South Yorkshire police and give them crime number 1272/200316 - I'm not looking to get any money out of you to pay for the out of hours vets bill, I just want your dog to be assessed as your yell as it ran towards mine seems to suggest it's done it before. It was plain to me your dogs intention was to kill, get it sorted before it does if it hasn't already ?
  4. Go the opposite way up Halifax road to get to the M1 or if they really need to get into town use Langsett Rd
  5. Does it feel down on power ? If so could be egr valve, we had ours done earlier in the year.
  6. You could be referring to a number of points in your, not so interesting, retort ! Sticks and stones ! Good reply though, how long did that one take you to come up with ?
  7. look it up it's publically available ! ---------- Post added 01-07-2014 at 17:01 ---------- Did they ever charge anyone !
  8. Doing less with it ! Less Police Less Hospital Beds Less libraries Less Schools places and Less teachers Less refuse collections Less public services in general Less armed forces Less benefits believe it or not ! But more Public servants in local, central and European Govt ! Found the missing cash every one !
  9. OK so personal taxes were :- 2011-12 £152.7billion 2012/2013 £154 Billion and the forecast for this year£161.6 Billion regardless of who pays what it is still the most we have ever paid to the UK Govt, I never stated per person ! I was making a point that central Govt from either personal tax or tax receipts are getting the most they have ever in history and doing less with it ! hence my original post referring to s statement "less for less" ! even tough we "as a country" are paying more.
  10. Yes I have checked... UK Tax receipts for 2012/13 are the highest ever @ £689billion higher than the previous year by £32 billion.. and the previous year to that was £624 billion.. it follows a pattern always higher each year.. unless you have looked at the table upside down it's inevitable.. more people in work, more commercial enterprise it's only going one way !
  11. The detective sergeant said it best "with less you get less" He's spot on and his colleague followed it up well by stating the public of Sheffield would be shocked if there are any more cuts with what a further reduction in funding would cause. We pay more to this Govt than any other generation has every contributed and we get less back !
  12. Yeah... It'll be hilarious when they actually put someone in hospital or worse !
  13. There are 4 youths on bikes in balaclavas on Ben Lane tonight tried to circle me and shouted abuse. Felt rather intimidated by them and I'm a big bloke. Be cRful sounds like the same group! On a side note if your child is out in the Wisewood / Loxley area on a mountain bike of BMX with 3 of his friends... Have a word... !!
  14. Well done SYP... Hopefully a speedy conclusion to a very sad situation.
