  1. Colourcraft is still in Sheffield if it is Colourcraft the OP is asking about.
  2. Go to talk to your GP again as it could be so many things. It could be something internally pressing on your spine, you need to get it checked out. You could pay for a private visit to a chiropractor. I paid £50 for an emergency session when I pulled something in my back about twelve years ago. I went in hardly able to walk, couldn't drive and came out much better. Hope you get sorted soon.
  3. We have been doing our own decorating for the last few years, our decorators charge £150 per day for labour plus materials. You can get them cheaper but the finish isn't as good. One seems to be quoting the rate for a day or just under, the other for two days. Are these people doing it legitimately, paying tax and insurance etc or just on the fiddle? We have always chosen legitimate businesses. Ask for copies of their insurance, quote, invoice etc should help you there.
  4. Couldn't you get such information from the land registry? Try contacting this group in Sheffield that look after Public Rights of Way to see if they can advise: https://www.sheffield.gov.uk/home/roads-pavements/prow The Public Rights of Way group looks after public footpaths, bridleways, restricted byways and byways open to all traffic across the city, as well as large areas of access land. Our paths are a mixture of rural, woodland, open space, moorland, river corridors urban fringe and some urban and are mainly sign posted with their recorded status from the roadside. 5. Look how many people are already doing them. I have had small wooden scoops come with bath crystals over twenty years ago. A quick Google search brings all these wooden scoops and spoons up. https://www.google.com/search?q=wooden+scoops+wholesale&rlz=1C1CHBF_en-GBGB807GB807&oq=wooden+scoop&aqs=chrome.3.69i57j0l7.6362j0j15&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
  6. Hiya. Not much difference in price between different sellers / suppliers once you have added delivery + VAT, not for horticultural grit or pea gravel.
  7. Bulk bags are usually around 850kg, we had around six of them last year. We tend to buy small horticultural grit, around 5mm. By the time you have added delivery and VAT there isn't much in it unless you are after something unusual. We found these reliable. https://www.gravelmaster.co.uk/search?searchphrase=pea+gravel
  8. Because you need soil in a plant pot, not a nest of ants. I had overwintered some tender plants then split and repotted them in early spring, ready to put them out after the last frost. I had a spare plant I was going to swap with a friend so I decided to check the roots before giving it to them. I knocked it out of the pot to inspect it and it was a mass of ants and eggs, hardly any soil; thats why you need to get rid of them. A few is manageable but if undisturbed they take over. I take it you have never had ants crawl up you and bite / nip or whatever they do?
  9. Get a small ant bait station. We have had to use one as they make homes in my potted plants.
  10. You can already get biodegradable cutlery so make sure someone hasn't already made a scoop. The existing cutlery is made from wood, corn starch or bamboo fibres.
  11. I'm on the borders of Rotherham and Sheffield. I have the pixie cut but my hairdresser is in Brinsworth, its not far from Meadowhall by car. I use Eleanor at ETTO.
  12. I would look on Etsy or Not on the high street or somewhere like that where all the hand made stuff is. I don't know if this lady could make something. https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/KatieBCeramics
  13. No, why would they be? Hairdresser and beautician confirmed all appointments stand once lockdown is over. The ones that missed out just as lockdown started will be first in the queue but i have mine booked every four weeks anyway.
  14. I always book ahead, no pun intended. I have mine booked in right through to September so I'm sorted.
  15. I'm female and have very short hair otherwise its very wavy, curly and uncontrollable. I have had a few snips a it it but its driving me mad. I give my hubby a hair cut on number one on a weekly basis. I wish I was brave enough to have shaved mine a month ago.
