And the last election was a few years ago; the country has pretty much swung around to everyone pretty much having to say they are liberal to avoid any association with Bush. Ask anyone - no matter that Bush won, according to most people you ask THEY didn't vote him, NO WAY!

First off I 'd like to commend you on one of the best run-on sentences I've read since I friended that 14 year old on Myspace. Second, your defending the inanity of the chatroom by claiming that its purpose is to encourage just such vapidity is a rather depressing commentary on the reason people use the internet to communicate. Or, you might accidentally have a conversation about something besides breasts, butts, how much sex you are or are not having or want, or who looks good in pvc. Then again, maybe that's your bag and if so, good for you. Doesn't make topical or otherwise serious conversation less entertaining than whatever 'tomfoolery' you've chosen to air out that evening.

Um...I'm not sure where you're getting your information but in the US NOT to be a liberal as far left as you can go without turning a circle pretty much makes you a pariah. If you are conservative or righty on even one issue then it's assumed you also hate gays, are pro-life, love Bush, and own at least 37 firearms. Liberal or left is not a dirty word here. Right, conservative, or "well I'm not a Democrat", however, IS.

I LOL'd. I think it is though that I'm five hours behind ya'll and tend to be in the room around midnight-3 or so in the morning your time. That might influence what type of *ahem* chat I'm experiencing Maybe there should be a section for Sheff Teens. There are a lot of people I like to chat with or watch in the room. There are several that make me minimize the browser as soon as they log in. I wish sometimes there was more than one chat room, to be honest. Maybe that would help with the amount of chat that gets redirected in the threads.

That's what they do here as a rule. The landlord's property tax is factored into your rent, so basically you wind up paying it anyway. Same thing if landlord pays any utilities, it's factored into the rent. Either way, landlords don't want to pay any more than they have to.

Yeah I think part of it might be the age range of the room at any particular time. Not to sound like an old fuddy duddy, just seems like if it's full of 15-30 crowd it turns into #hookupchat. But like I said I just put the lid down and do something else
