I'm reading 'Don Quixote' by Cervantes. It's incredibly funny and entertaining but, being over 500 years old, it's (obviously) not very "pc"
-
For me it has to be the 'Paddy Power blind football' advert. Shame it got all those complaints.

Isn't it just one match in the final? It seems a bit unfair that one team should be at home, you'd have thought that UEFA would have thought this through and had a "backup" stadium ready somewhere neutral.

Who would you cheerfully 'Throttle' off the telly ?

Quite simply, that extremely annoying bloke off the go compare adverts. -
10% of men favouring iPad's means 90% favouring a relationship. Seem quite reasonable.

I've been looking for the same and have just resorted to checking the website every couple of days. -
I've found the cheapest and best (not to look at) charity shops in Sheffield are the St Luke's hospice ones, I only look for books in them and all the others don't have much of a selection or seem to be overpriced

Who is the best centre-back ever in premier league?
TylerXIII replied to MAC33's topic in General Sports Chat
I'd vote for Tony Adams, not just for his performance but also the influence he had on those around him. It's a real shame we never saw Maldini in the PL. -
Seems to add up with the police presence

I can see a little from my living room window but It looks a touch more serious towards the flats on the bottom away from the ambulance station. I haven't noticed anything near the pub.
-
I'm reading 'the War in the Air' by H.G. Wells. A futuristic novel about a time where aeroplanes are used in warfare (writen before it was thought possible)

Rock & chips (only fools and horses spin off)

It was pretty poor but I thought a 'laughter track' might have made it slightly better. It suits some comedies. -
