  1. Thanks for all your help. I am going to try all your suggestions next week. Thanks again
  2. Hello all I'm hoping someone can advise me here as I don't know where to start! I have an elderly relative with Alzheimer's who has carers 3-4 times a day. Unfortunately she has never had a telephone so contact is limited. However, I have recently found out that the council flat she was living in is now unoccupied but I have not been notified of here whereabouts. I have a feeling that she may have gone into a nursing home but how do I find out? And if I contact anyone will they give out that sort of information? Obviously, I am also concerned she may have passed away but the same problem is - how do I find out? Hope someone can advise me Thanks a lot
  3. Thanks, I'll have a look at pre-sale and if not happy I'll chance it and wait for general sale. Cheers
  4. Has anyone ever booked tickets via a pre-sale for mailing list members at Sheffield Motorpoint Arena before they actually go on general sale? I heard that they only offer the rubbish seats at the presale so that everyone thinks they're getting a decent deal but then the better seats are on offer when they go on general sale. I'm thinking of buying at the presale but don't want to end up with worse seats so should I wait for the general sale? Anyone had experience of this?
  5. Went at the weekend and it still appears to be the usual owners. Wonder if it's still changing. Very good meal by the way!
  6. Does anyone know if it's changed hands yet? Would like to try it. Will it operate under a new name?
  7. I've heard a rumour that Maranellos on Ecclesall Road has sold up to someone else - does anyone know if this is true? If so, is it still going to be an Italian or is it changing? Thanks
  8. To be honest, I think it looks pretty presentable from the outside i.e. the building that is. I'm not really bothered what the car park looks like, as I'm sure many others won't, as luckily I won't be eating my meal in there! Maybe they should just get rid of the car park altogether. Not had any punctures or rusty nails over the past 18 months I've visited so hopefully my luck will continue! Happy dining!
  9. I also love the experience of going out which is why I dine out every weekend. You'll find that the restaurant inside is perfectly clean and presentable but you wouldn't know that if you've not set foot in the place. You'll also see that Bella Donna gets 5 out of 5 on the Food Standards Agency ratings so you don't need to wonder what their kitchen is like cos now you know! http://ratings.food.gov.uk/business/en-GB/46001 Just goes to show you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover....but like you said - each to their own!
  10. More fool you! Lol. It's not like you're going to be eating in the car park is it...... Might be quiet mid week cos never been but it's always been busy at the weekends.
  11. It is very nice, I have been a few times. The starters are a bit expensive but the food is lovely homemade food. The pasta dishes are cooked in beautiful sauces.
  12. La Terrazza on Sharowvale road is lovely
