Can anyone suggest any exercise/fitness classes in either S12 (Gleadless/Charnock area) or the city centre? I don't have a car, so ideally city centre after work or S12 area in an evening. Step, Zumba, kick boxing, aerobics - will to try any classes. Used to go to zumba when I lived in S10 and loved it but don't know of any locally now.

Can anyone recommend a hairdressers in the city centre or Charnock area ( Crystal Peaks is fine). I would like somewhere that listens to what you want rather than presumes

World Water Bombing Championships for Macmillan Cancer Support. This year's event takes place on Wednesday 7 May at Ponds Forge. Can anyone recommend anywhere to get nails done in either S12, Crystal Peaks or the city centre? I have had opi gel on my natural nails before and this didn't last long. I have had shellac on my natural nails and this lasted really well. I have also heard good things about calgel.

Can anyone recommend a place for a manicure either in the city centre, Crystal Peaks or S12 areas?

I have a single flower that I would like pressing/preserving. To then put in something to keep - keyring, coaster, bookmark etc. Does anyone know of anywhere in Sheffield that does this?

Does it have to be centretainment? I think prezzo does gluten free, as does either Ask or Zizzi(or both). Bella Italia also does I think. Las Iguanas and La Tasca at Meadowhall also do gluten free (marked on the menu). Hope this helps!

I'm hoping to go out for a meal tomorrow with some friends - will be 4 of us in total. They are visiting Sheffield of the first time so want to stay away from any chain restaurants. I have been to BB's before and it's booked up for tomorrow evening Has anyone been to either La Gondola, just off Division Street, or Piccolos, Convent Walk/West Street? Any reviews on these or suggestions for similar priced places would be appreciated. I can't seem to find a website for La Gondola, does anyone know if they have one? TIA
