  2. sorry to say this but... These kids are not scared of police... or indeed any authority. They know nothing will happen to them.
  3. Yes. you need to... it should say it on the bottom as a total anyway but best to get both and total them.

  6. Think Deerslands avenue has a little more to worry about tonight... lots of police and yellow tape nr addlington round about
  7. Surely the end goal is to own your own home/house? maybe i was brought up slightly different to others on here.... oh no sorry i was from a single parent family on parson cross.. my mom worked her ass off to buy our house. Because that's what you are supposed to do. Not think that it is your right to a house because you get to 18 or go out and get pregnant. All i was saying is if you are not happy with the house that the council give/lend you or the charges they are applying then grow up, live in the real world and get your own house. Stop complaining about the charity you are been shown
  8. I want to play Devil's Advocate here for a moment, a lot of 'problems' ISPs are blamed for are actually the direct result of poor management and expectations on the side of the user. All ISP's and phone companies do what they have to, but if the end users (you) dont know what they are doing it's kinda hopeless!
  9. If you own your own home you should not be allowed on housing list REMEMBER! council housing was supposed to be for desperate people to get a short term home until they managed to save for the one they want... people talk like its a right to have a house loaned to them and then don't understand when they realise it isn't theirs i think i know where the term "scroungers" is coming from and it's not people who are genuinely desperate or in need it's the ones who wanna make a quick buck at others expense! oh and i own my own home, no HB or council to answer to and there are 5 of us in a 2 bed house so it's do-able

  12. It has always been the plan to change the area when Chaucer School sold the land to ASDA. this has been going off since around 2004, i think the original plan was to make quite a lot of it a pedestrian only area, around the learning centre or what ever its called, but after an extensive traffic counting exercise around both roundabouts i think they scrapped the idea. I dont think i petition or any thing will help it didnt help when they knocked down the other shops around derbyshires, did it?

  14. I obviously work in a school and This is the stuff GMB sent me, think its from the Direct.gov website.. Think it answers the OP Special bank holidays There are laws that allow the dates of bank holidays to be changed, or other holidays to be declared, for example to celebrate special occasions. There is a a special bank holiday in 2012 to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. The 2012 late May bank holiday has been moved to Monday 4 June 2012 and an additional Jubilee bank holiday will be on Tuesday 5 June 2012. School Closures Schools in England and Wales will be able to close on Tuesday 5 June 2012 for the Diamond Jubilee celebrations. If a school is already closed on 5 June for half term or another reason, it will be able to close on a different day.
