Inview properties who are also listed as selling Riverdale Apartments are registered at 194-196 Crookes, same as Daisycourt Properties. Merlin Estates had an office on Glossop Road until going bankrupt. The guy who owned Merlin was recently reported as saying all he owned was a £4k car and is rumoured to be paying out 1p for every £1 he owes which is estimated as £50,000,000, strange when the cars he used to drive now appear to be parked in front of his sons house on Rygate Road.

Not looking good

I was interested in one of the apartments for sale on Riverdale Road. According to Saxton Mee a new company called Davy Court Properties has recently taken over the site from the bankrupt Merln Estates that previously were developing it. I can not find any trace of Davy Court Properties, anywhere including anywhere on the net, BT or Yellow Pages. This is of concern to me especially when Saxton Mee are selling the apartments even though they themselves went insolvent before Christmas.
