Saw an advert for Beighton Welfare yesterday, the one at the bottom of High Street. Don't know how much but rates were supposed to be reasonable and the photo looked really nice.

My partner's mum recently died and I've discovered quite a few bags with wool in them. I do knit myself, but haven't time to do anything with what I've found (I've got loads of wool to knit up myself). If anyone out there knitting for charity can make use of it, please contact me and I'll check through what there is. I'm pretty sure there's some double knit but also some a bit chunkier I think.

My dog is the same as Helly's. Fantastic with people and other dogs but you have to be prepared for a fair amount of grooming and vaccuuming. Not much use as a guard dog tho because Shannon is so friendly.
