I need your help. I have had my female guinea pigs for almost 2 yr and when the dominant one goes near the others backside. She is literally screaming. I have checked her over and she is fine but her screams sound like she is in pain. I have noticed the one screaming is defecating a lot more than usual. They have never done this apart from yesterday and today. Can you help. Have you got any idea what it could be? Thanks in advance. Xx

Hi all Sent my car to the garage to have timing belt tensioner and water pump done all with a 2 yr guarantee. 9 months later my car breaks down and u notice the timing belt is slack. I get it back to the garage they tell me that the tensioner has sheared off could need a new engine. They have said it's a manufacturing problem and they are not willing to strip the engine to check the damage and fix whatever is wrong. I have spoken with consumers and they have said I need to write a letter saying the garage needs to fix it. But I know they won't do anything without more money from me. Does anyone know what I should do. .thanks
