  1. Thank you Janus, my notification aren't coming through for some reason so only just seen this reply. Yes I did think that myself I was thinking once everything has calmed down a bit I will go in and ask. Thank you for your reply
  2. Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I have lost my little ones red book that they get at birth which has all their weights, measurements etc. This could have been last year some time it was lost so I'm not holding out much hope but it's quite important to me so I thought it's worth a shot! I'm certain it was a panicked trip to the children's one night that I had it last, to be fair I'm sure the hospital didn't give it me back but after numerous calls I was told if they had forgotten they would have posted it out. I contacted the Q car park and had no joy. I only noticed it missing when it came to his health visitor 2year review . I now it's a long shot but worth s try🙂
  3. It's a concrete floor in hallway and carpets and lino get ruined with our dog lol so thought tiles would be better suited
  4. Hiya I'm new to this so apologies if I'm in wrong forum and my lack of knowledge! To cut a long story short I have removed some council tiles that were put down after they removed old asbestos type ones. When they removed these I presumed everything was good however I think they removed and just stuck the vinyl down Anyway I removed these after little one flooded toilet and there is a black residue been told by council probably bitumen and not sure if it contains asbestos as no one can test at minute cause of Corona. I was planning on self levelling and tiling on top however I need a suitable brand that can be used over bitumen. I have read ardex na is suitable but because of the situation at the minute the shops who sell it aren't delivering. I know b and q and Wickes are doing limited click and collect etc but are any of the stuff they sell suitable? The descriptions aren't that brill and can't seem to find out what can be used over bitumen. Wanting to try and cover asap as I'm panicking about walking on it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

  8. Thanks for replies, I am going to ask for permission first but to be honest i would rather try and get someone to do it as i know from looking at a friends house the council added extra sockets but its all across the walls covered in plastic casing and it looks a mess. We have an electric fire and that's the same plastic casing leading to the single socket about 3 inches from the skirting board and its on the slant and looks horrendous, especially as its near the skirting the slant makes it stick out like a sore thumb! I don't think the council would want the hassle of taking up the floor boards.
  9. Morning all, I'm after some advice on getting additional plug sockets fitted in my house. i live in a two bedroom council house and the living room has one single socket and a double socket at each side of the fire place. the big bedroom has one double socket. so basically I'm wanting to know a rough estimate of cost and whats involved in order to have an extra two extra sockets on opposite walls in both rooms. someone said the only way to do this without having to have plastic casing across the wall is to go under the floorboards. Apparently there's a hatch in the kitchen floor and they gain access from this but if that's the case what happens upstairs? do all the floorboards have to be taken up and if so do the electricians do this? Sounds like its going to be an expensive job, so just wondering how expensive so i can get a rough idea of how much i will need to save! Thanks in advance
  10. its like a warehouse shop and its just passed morrisons at catcliffe. heres the link, it tells you exact address at bottom of page http://www.jtfmegadiscountwarehouse.co.uk/branches/branch-sheffield.php
  11. my cousin went for a meal with a friend on west street and on her way home walking to the tram stop she tripped and hit her head and lost consciousness everyone walked by because is was a Saturday night and they just presumed she was drunk. luckily someone did go and help her eventually and after trip to A & E and a few stitches she was ok. sometimes people are drunk but not always, often diabetics suffering from insulin shock show the symptoms of being drunk or on drugs. I suppose people cant always judge the difference. I would like to think if my family member was in need of help someone would come to their aid.

  13. JTF had a sign up in the trollly bay saying free fire wood, ask inside for details
  14. I know what you mean, when I was first looking into ecigs I found a bloke on you tube doing reviews (scott bonner/ igetchya 69) and he seemed to know his stuff so I emailed him for advice. He recommended the Riva starter kit as a good kit for a newbie but to me it looked to big and I wanted a cig type one. He did warn me about the battery and how I would change my mind but i was adamant so he recommended the classic from mirage. After two weeks i realised he was right and ordered the Riva, thing is i think i needed the cig one first to appreciate how good the others are. I think the little ones help to learn how to drag differently and are ok to start learning how they work but no good performance wise. you need something bigger I can guarantee you wont regret it! google them and have a look Riva, Ego, tornado Tank. there's loads of you tube vids and we can help on here as well also look on ukvapers forum or igetchya 69 has one I think its called ecigreviews? i'll check and post the link, usually his tutorials on you tube link to his site, on both sites you will find the dicount codes for various vendors some are 5% upto 20% off you will be amazed at ho good they are compared to the cig ones Link for igetcya 69 reveiws and discount codes is http://www.e-cig-reviews.com/
  15. I agree lol didn't realise there were any other vapers on here until today! I almost ordered some stuff to start diy but i bottled out, I could just imagine me mixing something disgusting or putting too much off something in and poisening myself lol think i will have a look at the totally wicked kit and give it a try, i always order 30 or 50ml bottles to save on postage and i love the flavour to start with but then i get sick off it but just use it so its not wasted.
