small young tabby cat found on green lane, ecclesfield, has one blue and one green eye, very friendly....anyone know if anyone local has lost one?

shame it had to close, especially when a local business offered to step in with a proposal!! how good would it be to see the club turned into a high class function suite? baldwins did it at the other side of town?? who actually owns it?

I worked there as a very naive 18 yr old, fantastic place, the entire team of staff were like family to each other, theres not been anything like it since and I can't see people would support a club of that type these days?

I too live on hatfield house lane at that time, corner of fair thorn road, mrs sarson lived next doors to us, she lived in the first house on fair thorn, the hopkins lived opposite us. remember the sweetshop, trying to get through those double doors? x

We are one local food business that has ( hopefully) been an asset to Ecclesfield for the past 25 years and I so love this village but thanks to firstly this government and now it seems Ecclesfield parish council... I cant see us being here another year! I am so fed up with the fight to try and make a living as many businesses in this climate are. why bother, this country will eventually drive every small business to the wall! remind me, what are the governments policies on fast, junk food and the fight to get Britain eating healthy??? yeah right, they cant wait to give these places a "leg up"
