One of our Rotties did that a few weeks ago, we took him to the vets where they bandaged it as there were unable to glue or stitch it as too much of the pad was missing, but they did give him anti-biotics and pain killers. you could always ring them and see what they say

Which dry complete dog food do you use?
mglrgn31 replied to diamond123's topic in Sheffield Pet Owners
we use wainwrights from pets at home for around £33 for 15kgs, or their complete with meaty chunks around 18 for the same amount. i cant remember how much protein etc they have in them but we always check the analysis and found that they were good -
Parking fines - Netto, Woodseats
mglrgn31 replied to mglrgn31's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
"My advise for people is to not abuse facilities, you wouldnt like someone parking on your front lawn." if this quote was meant for me i was not abusing this car park, if not sorry. i was only turning around after dropping a child off, you maybe aware it is very difficult to do a u turn at woodseats. secondly i didn't even go into the car park only the entrance, i only put this post up to inform others to check their letters as mine clearly shows i did not infringe any regulations. -

thanks thats great, i spent 2 days worrying about it but kept thinking something was wrong with the pictures but couldn't work it out, but other half did today, so chuffed to bits now as i knew i had not done anything wrong. not heard anything back from them, can't wait until i do -
if anyone has recieved a fine for over staying at the mentioned car park please check the photo evidence, i have just recieved one and both photos show me driving in when i was turning round and not driving in and then out (hope that makes sense), i am now appealing against the fine, but strangely they are not replying to my e mails!!!!!! i would check that they haven't done the same to you

How would you feel if a muzzled dog was allowed to meet your dog?
mglrgn31 replied to Evei's topic in Sheffield Pet Owners
I would not have any issues with it, one of mine would ignore him anyway to be honest, but i am more than happy to meet up -
we went to get something from the shop and did exactly the same, i knew we shouldn't have had a look, which cat did you see- ours was galdiator, we have left him to have a really good think about it

it turns out that the dog is always at the pound- he has only been home since thursday. apprently the owners lets him out and he gets over her fence and then wonders around until he gets picked up and handed to them, it broke my heart when i heard. she has been told numerous times about tags etc but they reckon she may not come forward this time. it's such a shame as he is a sweet heart and have said to inform me if she does not collect him this time as we might have him back. i thought it was strange as when we got him out of the car he knew where he was going, please if it is your dog look after him or let another family have him that will as he is absolutley the most georgous dog ever.
