I second the one on Eccy Road, its called Top Nail, Ive tried 6 different ones in Sheffield and no one beats this. no is 0114 268 4061

i have never used them, but i know of them and how they set up the business-very underhand unfortunatly letting agents are not regulated, if they were then this company would not be trading

I dont know if the above story is true or not, but this scam is real, nigerians are renting houses and getting mobile phones delivered to them and also the neighbours addresses too, they know when the phones are to be delivered s they are next day delivery! i know its real as it has happened on a couple of my properties

I can understand how you feel, I hardly have an empire, and am mortgaged up to the eyeballs, trust me i am in the same situation as most when it comes to buying a place, i dont get them any cheaper!

I have just used these guys to let a couple of properties i was having trouble getting rid of, they offer a No let- No Fee service,so if you have a property to rent quick, then what do you have to lose? (it took them just 4 days to rent one of them) -oh and low management fee`s . They are called Capital properties- 01142555055

Its not the sales side its their legal service that is no good, like i said the house will sell itself, estate agents dont really have to do a great deal to sell a house,

Glad to hear you had no problems, but when they start to cost you money because of their incompetence you will have different views of them.

it doesnt matter who you use to sell yopur house,in the present market in sheffield it will sell itself, just dont use their solicitors, very bad reputation, and speaking from first hand experiance VERY slow

unfortunatly there is not much you can do if the existing tenants are still there, apart from demanding your £120 back from Spencers, find a private landlord and find something that you can move into straight away. ( i know of a two bed flat in Nether edge if thats any good) there are plenty on this forum

I have used a few in the past, and although the percentage they charge is between 10-12% usually, its all the other things they add on which make the difference, inventorys, agreements, viewings etc..... I found Mike jollys and Saxton Mee added loads on for "extra" services, but i have used some agents that dont charge for things like that-be carefull and read the small print

try property plus, 2555055 they have quite a few rooms to rent, not sure if you would get one for £40 a week though, but worth a try!
