  1. There is a cracking little sandwich shop near the Leppings Lane end of the ground
  2. The Byron at Nether Edge does as well. I think its brewed in Burton these days, they shut the Sheffield brewery and the moved to Tadcaster
  3. Is English your first or second language ? Are you going to fit these things to a car ?
  4. The best one I know of is called Hype Dance http://www.hypedance.org.uk/ it's based above the Leadmill and has a really good dance space.
  5. In any other business they would be charged with fraud instead of facing another hard hitting investigation done by other MPs.
  6. Are black and gay people welcome in your pub?
  7. Ive put of few on in the past, usually in the quarries surrounding Sheffield. We always left the places we used cleaner than we found then but most people I know pick litter up when they go for a walk anyway. What used to be interesting was the reaction of the climbers in places like Millstone Edge or Surprise View. Many of them thought they had the sole right to use the quarries for their leisure pursuits and many others thought it was great and joined in with the party. We had the police turn up a few times and rather than shut us down they were more interested in making sure we were not making a mess. It always used to make them laugh when we showed them the amount of climbing stuff that had been left that we had picked up.
  8. I intend to hopefully next weekend
  9. I'm thinking of putting an event on in Sheffield and a couple of people have said Club Shush is ok but then other people have told me horror stories. I've never been but would like other feedback before I approach the venue. PM me if you want to keep it confidential Cheers
  10. I've spent a while trying to write something along the lines of what you have posted. You have said it much better than I could and bravo. If a friend causes you enough grief and pain you are allowed to tell them to sod off but people find it difficult to say the same to their families. I've known for a long time that I would rather have my friends around me than a chunk of my family and my mother is top of that list.
  11. I had the pleasure of meeting him a few years ago and got took on a tour of his place out in Derbyshire. Sad loss but he is going to be looked back upon as one of the great artists to come out of Sheffield
  12. Nice bit of promotion there, I like it
