To be fair, weaponising antisemitism and the Holocaust has worked well for Israel for decades its really only now it’s been recognised for what it is. When the President of Brazil criticised Israel’s collective punishment of Palestinian civilians recently Netanyahu called him «antisemitic » The writer Norman Finkelstein’s book The Holocaust Industry, traces the origin of this phenomenon. There are many non Zionist Jews in the US and UK who are engaged against Israel’s current policy.
