  1. Thanks for the replies, I'll give them a ring tomorrow and update the thread for anyone that cares. Cheers
  2. A strange request but are there any glass makers that would be able to make a glass shower side panel up to size and to fit against a shower door that was originally designed for a niche enclosure? Not sure I'm going to get much response but I can take all measurements needed and it would also need a chrome aluminium corner post and and a fixing profile for the wall side.
  3. The purpose of the key for the filling link is to bridge the gap between domestic cold water and the central heating system and allow water to pass through, if no water is passing through there could be a blockage on link itself, or the screw you turn to let the water through isn't doing so. I suggest you undo the nut slightly without the key in, have a jug ready underneath, and see if any water comes out through where the key goes.
  4. Cheers for that, she's going down tonight so hope she gets it back, not sure about what jacket it is but cheers anyway Scott
  5. Found the flares number but there's no answer so left a message, anyone know if they're open Sunday and what time?
  6. A friend of mine left her jacket in flares last night (saturday), does anyone know the number of who to ring to get it back?
  7. I take it you two didn't see the original post date! I know some people have trouble finding a gas engineer but I would hope they've found one in over a year
  8. I'll be there, I was there last year and can recommend it anyone. Its good family entertainment and for a great cause. I take it they've refilled the pool now after sponge bob soaked up all the water last year? http://www.water-bomb.com/upload/2006%20images%20for%20gallery/During%20Event%202006/World%20Water%20Bombing%20Championships%202006%20035.jpg The main site is @ http://www.water-bomb.com/content.php?nPageID=1
  9. Thanks for your replies, very helpful, After hours of deep thought I have decided to go self-employed, has anyone subbed out for kier before? the company I worked for had subbed out for them itself and I worked on the site. Overall I found it ok, although I can imagine working for kier direct would be very different. Anyway thanks again and I will probably be in the jobs wanted section soon begging for work.
  10. Anyone work for Kier Sheffield plumbing, I may be interested in working for them due to my current employer having no work on. What are they like to work for in general? what type of work do you for them that sort of thing. What are the benefits etc and more importantly whats the salary like? I am fully qualified, not corgi but may put myself through unless kier would train me? pm me if you would prefer. thanks in advance.
