Have you ever tried contacting ebay? Answer: don't! Indian call centre with stock answers anything out of the ordinary and they can't deal with it, we have an ongoing with an item returned to us but to our old address which we have not resided at for nearly 10 years the new owners of our old home haven't received the parcel although signed for so we' re stuck and ebay have paid ' the buyer' and are billing us with postal charges to boot!! If anyone has a Uk telephone number we would appreciate it?
