  1. could recommend either Couch or Urban Deli to be honest!
  2. I've bought and sold using both online, and traditional estate agents. The main difference in using online ones rather than traditional ones is that the traditional ones will really help you push the sale over the line. The online estate agents, while generally the cheaper option, have an upfront payment meaning that they already have your money and the traditional ones only get their fee when the sale completes.
  3. Id be interested to know what Dronfield Woodhouse is like as an area.
  4. My understanding is that if the Business has been in occupation for more than 14 years then the level of compensation is 2x the RV of the property, anything less is 1x the RV.
  5. they have also put double yellow lines halfway down bunting nook!
  6. Ive used SMC (S1) before for a building survey, im sure they can do homebuyers awell
  7. well whatever you do DO NOT USE PENNYWISE cleaners on Ecclesall road, they have ruined my wife's dress and refuse to take any responsibility for it! be warned stay well clear!
  8. letting agents chage fees as they have offices to pay for and it part of their business. They charge the tenant a fee as it cuts down on the fees they charge the lanlords for finding a tennat. dont hate the agents!
  9. i have used a company in sheffield before before, they undertook the serach and negotiated the deal on my behalf. pm me if you want their contact details.
  10. most property agents/surveyors will do property search for you for a fee. alternatly phone them up and leave your details with them
  11. i think you will struggle to find retail space with a 4m eaves height, especially at £10 per ft sq. I would look for a good warehouse with road frontage. try looking on rightmove, showcase and eg property link.
  12. have a look in the next clearance shop on chesterfield rd
  13. meadowhall interchage. parked up and then got the bus about 7:30. i was at uni at the time (on work placement) and cost me about £20 per week
