What makes people think that all Sheffield homeless congregate / beg in the city centre?

Try living in the French countryside with no public transport and the nearest decent shops 10km away. No bin collections from your property - rubbish taken to the nearest set of communal bins often a km or two away.

Pray tell the differences between terraces from Manchester and Sheffield from say 1900, or high street shops from the 50's and 60's, post war suburbs etc. Main difference I'ne noticed over the years was maybe brick colour - although hardly when most cities were uniformly black due to smoke up to at least the early 70's.

Nor like Israel in using the army to aid land grabs to seize territory on the West Bank.
