  1. anyone wanting to claim ppi just go to the martin lewis money saving expert, download the form and do it yourself diy. will cost you nothing and no need for the middle man who wants his cut and then may end up you owning thier company money , reported on watchdog , as the old saying goes , there is no such thing as a free lunch
  2. lighting shop on bottom of the moor back of atkinsons should stock them shop is on the dual carriage way sorry can not think of the name
  3. i am also one of these , i get my private pension, i am 60 but will not get my state pension until nearly 65 which means that i will not qualify for a OAP bus pass or the winter heating allowance which the govt has kept very quiet about and as mrs macbeth has pointed out some of these rules are not working out fairly. two friends of mine got their pensions at 60 but another two will not get them until 68 and there are only 4 years difference in our ages. also men used to qualiy for a oap bus pass and the winter heating allowance buy now they have to wait as well.
  4. so the rich are richer and can spend while the poor get poorer and as the old song it the rich that get the money and its the poor that gets the blame we should be ashamed of the need for food banks in the 21st century and if nick clegg had any shame he should have kept well away in todays mail he has now decided it is the turn of pensioners to suffer in the welfare cuts and still the rich get a tax break and the bankers who caused the mess get bonuses while the sick, the disabled , the unemployed through no fault of their own suffer cuts will his next policy be to bring the workhouses back
  5. as you are only just in the arbourthorne area do not take too much notice of negative reports about that area have a couple of friends that live near erksine and never heard them complain of anything in that area one good point you have plenty of buses going that way and a decent little shopping area at the top only on thing missing at that one no cafe but there is a good chippy
