I do think Eric Clapton has changed for the better though Cressida, and has expressed regret for the past. Here he is at George Harrison's tribute concert performing with Dhali Harrison and the Beatles etc.

It's repeated this week Cressida on Wednesday at 11pm, and all three episodes are also on BBC Iplayer.. I've really enjoyed the programme.

Tonight I watched The One Show for a change. The main guest was Michael Palin talking about his forthcoming travel programme. I really like him, seen some of his films but not all. Glad he's proud to be a Sheffielder.

So do I, and when I googled for information it appeared.to be full of answers with contradictions, so I'm still no wiser.

Thank-you for reminding me Cressida. I remembered to watch it, and will be watching the final episode next week. Çhristine McGuinness who spoke about her struggle with Autism was on another programme after that, on BBC 1. Unmasking My Autism it was called. I watched that too and found it very informative.

Simply Red- Holding back the Years

Really enjoyed it, and look forward to the next episode. I like that the group chosen were so varied from different faiths and non, and all of them came across as a likeable bunch.

I'm looking forward to watching that on Iplayer later Cressida.

Watched The Trials of Oppenheimer on BBC 4.

Don't know why its come up again but couldn't delete it for some reason.

It's isnt just the song I love but the sound of that saxaphone is amazing.
