does anyone know where i can get some coaching?i have looked on the SDBA site but it doesnt say anything about coaching or any teams that are wanting any begginerish(i can play just not very fit at the moment) new players. any info would be great

grave leaisure club do badminton coaching on saturday mornings.
the sports excellence place may also help.
from experience many "clubs" dont expect court skills or fitness but you do have to be able to play.

we have a friendly badders meet every friday @ killamarsh leisure centre.several forummers already participate. playing this week @ 8.15.
