does anyone remember the scatchy twins what used2 hang around pondstreet in the 70 s they were 2 old ladys twins infact who im was told at the time lived rough around that area the name scratchy was obviousley aimed at ther hygene and rampant body lice i only sawthem on a couple of occations but what struck me even tho they were filthy there make up was put on as tho with a trowel which gave them quite a sad and folorn appearence
